Gryka Dael, 2011-2017 ✞

Retinoblastoma

Gryka fell ill with Retinoblastoma (eye tumor) in 2013 and underwent surgery. However, the tumor spread to her neck and caused a large tumor to grow there. In July 2016, her treatment began again and was funded by donations. Unfortunately, the tumor returned and is incurable. Donations continued to be used for pain therapy. On October 2, 2017, Gryka Krisan Dael sadly passed away.

Rachel

Complicated Leg Fracture with Implant

Kenzo

Kenzo

Kenzo is 3 years old. He suffers from Hirschsprung’s disease, in which nerve cells in the intestine do not work and the intestine narrows. The parents were still able to finance the first operation for an artificial intestinal outlet, but he still needs other operations. Gabrilla Mae

Gabrilla Mae

Broken Thigh Bone at Birth

Baby Gabrilla Mae did not have a very good start in life. She was born via C-section, and due to unfortunate circumstances during birth, her thigh bone was broken. Unfortunately, she was born in a small clinic in the province. The advice given was not very good, and she was sent home. We were made aware of the case because the parents did not have the money for further examinations. We took her to an orthopedic specialist, and the leg has finally been splinted. A few more check-ups will follow, but everything looks good now, and the doctor was able to assure us that in a few weeks everything will be normal.
